NY State of Health is the website that lets you shop for, compare, and buy a health plan online, in person or over the phone. Because there is still very little we know about the health plans that will be available for New Yorkers, they have now opened up a Customer Service Center to help New Yorkers along the way.
Trained representatives are now available to answer any questions you may have about the health plans, financial assistance, or anything else about the NY State of Health Exchange. This service is available to New Yorkers or small business based in New York who may have questions.

NY State of Health will expand its hours and begin enrolling New Yorkers in health plans starting on October 1, 2013, but you can call them now to learn more or visit their website at nystateofhealth.ny.gov.
