Who We Are
Journey’s End Refugee Services is a not-for-profit refugee resettlement agency that provides social and legal services to refugees and low-income immigrants in Upstate New York.
Our mission is to welcome refugees without regard to ethnic origin or creed and to assist them to become healthy, independent, contributing members of our community.
The Immigration Legal Services Program at Journey's End provides comprehensive pro-bono immigration legal services to refugees, asylees, parolees, and other low-income immigrants.
We offer legal representation before United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and Immigration Court on adjustment of status (green cards), naturalization, family reunification, applications for asylum, employment authorization, travel documents, Temporary Protected Status, DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), removal defense, and other matters.
In addition to the Immigration Legal Services Program, Journey's End provides valuable services to refugees through a continuum of programs, including Resettlement & Adult Education Services, Youth Education Services, Interpreting & Translation Services, and Volunteer Services.
