Who We Are
My Sisters’ Place strives to end domestic violence and human trafficking through comprehensive services, advocacy and community education. MSP works to create a world in which every individual has the basic human rights to be free from gender-based violence and to engage in relationships that embrace the principles of respect, equality and safety. The Center for Legal Services at MSP provides free, trauma informed legal representation to clients regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, racial, socioeconomic and educational backgrounds throughout Westchester County. The Family Law Unit provides legal advice and representation in the following areas: Orders of Protection, Custody/Visitation, Child/Spousal Support and Paternity. The Immigration Unit provides legal advice and representation in the following areas: U-Visas, T-Visas, VAWA Self-Petitions, Battered Spouse Waivers, Special Immigration and Juvenile Status, Asylum, Adjustment of Status, Work Permits and Citizenship Applications.
