Our representation includes attendance at Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings, Resolution Session, Impartial Hearing and appeals to the State Review Office.
In addition, we help income-eligible individuals of all ages in the negotiation and appeal of adverse eligibility decisions pertaining to disability-related services/programs, including programs funded through the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), and we also advocate for effective life transitions for individuals with disabilities.
