Suffolk County Bar Association - Pro Bono Foreclosure Settlement Project

The Suffolk County Bar Association and its Pro Bono Foundation in partnership with Nassau Suffolk Law Services have recognized that many of the home owners may not be in a financial position to hire private legal counsel. While our organization cannot provide free legal counsel throughout a full foreclosure proceeding, we are able to provide Suffolk County Homeowners with the limited legal assistance they will need throughout the foreclosure settlement conference process.  You can schedule a free consultation with one of our volunteer attorneys who will review your situation and if required represent you in court at the Settlement Conference.
