The Resolution Center

The Resolution Center is a nonprofit umbrella organization providing a wide variety of services to include peaceful dispute resolution practices for individuals, families, employers, schools, and the courts that include Mediation, Conciliation, Restorative Practices, and Conflict Coaching.

Here are some specific issues we can help you with and the additional programs we offer:

• Family Court matters (custody/visitation and child support mediation)
• Divorce referrals
• Parent/Teen disagreements
• Youth Conflicts at school
• Family Talk (ex. caring for elderly/ill parents)
• Conflict Coaching (a one-on-one, tailor-made process designed to help those engaged in a conflict to effectively manage it on their own)
• Building or Repairing Group or Family Relationships (ex. workplace, organizations)
• Special Education Mediation
• Re-entry from school suspension or incarceration
• Law Related Education courses and Anger Management for teens
• Small Claims and Commercial cases
• Landlord/Tenant, Neighbor disputes

• Town/Village Court civil cases
