Who We Are
Youth Represent provides legal representation to low-income youth, ages 26 and under, who are facing charges in criminal or civil court; have pending family court matters including child support, custody, and visitation; or who are facing eviction from their home or suspension from school. We represent youth who have been denied jobs, vocational licenses, or access to higher education due to an arrest or conviction. We also help youth to secure name and gender marker changes, or to obtain, understand, and correct their criminal records and we can assist in applications for certificates of relief.
