- Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) Program
- Disability Rent Increase Exemption (DRIE) Program
The longer you are in the program, the bigger the benefit. If you enter the program today, keep renewing, and continue to qualify, your rent could be the same in 20 years.
